Question: Greetings doctor,I am 25 year female detected with androgenetic alopecia since 18.i hve tried many medicines but in vain.i am very frustrated with this.will treatment like platelet rich plasma and hair transplant hve any effect on me?or what are the latest treatments that gives us little hope?
