Brief Answer:
when do you apply the jelly?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Anobliss and lox jelly are the only symptomatic relief agents for anal fissures.
They are not going to treat it.
Fissures are formed basically because of passage of hard stools which erode the anal wall and cause bleeding.
There are 2 ways to get relief -
1. Keep stool soft so it doesnt become hard and erode the wall.
2. Apply some lubricant or anaesthetic agent to anal so it doesn't pain while passing stools.
Lox is the agent which is reducing the pain for you. Timing of application is very crucial.
Hence I want to know when do you apply the lox agent? Are you taking any measures for softening the stools?
Kindly reply me with above questions.
Awaiting your answers.
Thank you
