Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the bleeding is mild then local compression and applications of antiseptic with topical lubricated antibiotic after gauze compression should help subside it.

If it's profuse and not halting then oral tranexamic acid can be given as a rescue measure. It can be given intravenously in an ER if the bleeding is severe.

The hemorrhoids should be graded and managed accordingly with medical and/or surgical options.
