Question: Iam eating raw rice for past 2 years,my HB level 8,but I couldn't stop eating raw rice,what is the solution for this

I understand your situation. But the only way to stop eating raw rice is to motivate yourself not to do so. If you find it too hard, you may visit a psychiatrist who would be able to give you some simple tips that would enable you to avoid doing so.
