ButThe lipase, amylase level came down after one month. In the month of december once again my Lipase level increased and gall bladder was removed by doctors at hydereabad.Later there was no episode of pancreatitis.
For the last 5 to 6 months it has been observed that the digestion has become slow and i feel heavy in the stomach and some thing coming to throat and i feel comfortable only if the gas goes out through mouth. present blood test says lipase amylase normal, FBS 100 PPBS 180, HBa1c 6.5, SGPT:48.1u/ls.globulin:2.4gm/dl,vitamin d 11.91ng/ml, I am vegetarian non alcoholic. Please advise why the digestion process is slow and reasons for bloating in the stomach,What may be the reason for elevated SGPT. Brief Answer:
Alterations as advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and symptoms.
You had developed nonalcoholic pancreatitis.
Gall bladder removed as it might have been the primary cause of pancreatitis.
Noted your reports.

Wants to know the reasons for slow digestion, bloating of the stomach, elevated SGPT and the possible medication for proper digestion:

The commonest reasons for slow digestion in your case are: diabetes as your PPBS is still high-180 and pancreatic insufficiency. These affect directly on the speed of movement of food through the digestive tract.
Proper treatment of all the causative factors can improve this.
After pancreatitis the pancreas is scarred and can cause liver functions to be deranged hence mild elevation of SGPT.

Possible medications:
You must already be under medications and may need fine adjustment or alterations as follows:
Do not used combination of PPI and domperidone, instead use seperately Like PPI single dose and domperidone like motilium-m exactly at 8 hours.

Diabetes after pancreatitis should be treated with insulin injections.
Pancreatic enzymes to be taken with every good you take.
Divide food requirements into 4 equal parts to be taken as breakfast, lunch, brunch in the evening and dinner with proper spacing.
All these alterations will improve your symptoms and life very positively.
This helps XXXXXXX patients and will help you too.

I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
as explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
Take Pancreoflat with food whenever you are taking breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner and the dosage is 1 to 2 tablets with food. You can adjust the dosages as per the quantity of food, like if you have a full meal please take 2 tablets.

In initial stages the advise given by your Doctor in the factory can help you. But remember it is not only the food and lifestyle changes but also important is the regular daily exercises. These two things alone can help to recover nicely.

Food, It is better to continue with the normal home-made food only. No specific changes should be made; you should see and avoid the foods and beverages like aerated drinks which you must have noticed to cause you more problems.

You can certainly cut off on the extra sugar and sweets. This means no extra sugar. Once you start regular exercises, everything will be fine.

For Vitamin D: you get capsules or XXXXXXX of Vitamin D, take one dose every week for 4 weeks and to continue only if required.

Keep a regular charting of your blood sugar and if well maintained on diet and exercises, you may not need any medicines.
