Probably you have developed acute gastroenteritis.
It is a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with oral ciprofloxacin and tinidazole tablets.
It gives excellent response in two days.

Diarrhoea is mainly water borne.
Boil drinking water before consumption.
Better to avoid salads in hotels, take fresh cut salads at home.
Always prefer hot food as there are less chances of infection.
Avoid rewarding food and consuming better prepare it fresh.
