Brief Answer:
Acne scars are treatable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Acne scars are treatable.Creams with combination of hydroquinone tretinoin and flucinolone is one option. If you using this you should strictly avoid sun exposure and apply sunscreen also. There are also several commercial creams available in market like with ascorbic acid or kojic acid which all can help to some extent also. You can use regular face masks like parsley masks also. You should also be patient as it take time to clear the scars.
If all these not helping then laser and filler treatment by some dermatologists are available. You can go for that.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Is there any major risks and side effects with laser treatment? I have attached the pics of my scar for reference. Could you suggest me any cream to start with?

Brief Answer:
Laser resurfacing have side effects but rare.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Laser resurfacing has side effects but very rare. Infection and abnormal healing can occur. For dark skin individuals hyperpigmentation is the risk. But your skin is not dark. Hypopigmentation is the another rare complication.
As your scars are not that bad you can try conservative methods. You can get over the counter commercial creams like Dr.Reddys stria C40, Vicco turmeric or himalaya antiblemish creams. If you consult a dermatologist you can get prescriptions for creams with combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and flucinolone. But you should avoid sun exposure strictly and use sunscreen while using this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
