Question: dear sir
from last fifteen days this kind of thing are around my foerhead plese suggest me the medicine and for your reference attaced the photo and these are not painful

Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed acne.
These develop due to blockadge of sebaceous glands.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotic.
A combination of oral doxycycline 100 mg daily once for a month and ointment clindamycin to be applied twice daily for the same duration is highly effective.
Decrease oil intake in diet and use ahaglow face wash.

After a month you can use melaglow cream daily in night and suncote gel in morning.
