These develop due to blockadge of sebaceous glands.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotic.
A combination of oral doxycycline 100 mg daily once for a month and ointment clindamycin to be applied twice daily for the same duration is highly effective.
Decrease oil intake in diet and use ahaglow face wash.
