Question: Dear dr Naval
I am XXXX once again after quite some time. Hope u r doing fine too. I wanted a suggestion from u. As u know i have a daughter of about 13 yrs 7 months old. Just as the age of my XXXXXXX She is fine and active. She has started developing pimples from 2-3 months. Today I found some rash like thing on her face. I am not sure what it is. She said that she does not have any itching or any that kind of symptoms. I am extremly scared u kow why? Can this be because of her growing age? Otherwise her activity, her apetite are all normal. She does not have any fever. I am sending u a snap of her left and right face. Please releive me of my tension.

Brief Answer:
SKin lesions

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

Sorry for the late reply..Not in the country at the moment

Well, the pimples do see a bit different in the picture...As if she scratched it or some form of allergy on it...

It doesnt look like a typical SLE rash or anything, but a bit different from Acne..We do need to keep a watch on it for now...

As of now, try some anti allergics like Levocetrizine 5 mg in the night for a couple of days and wait and see.. I have a feeling it will disappear

Dont be worried, dont look serious... Moreoever SLE is rarely Genetic...

Keep me posted
