Brief Answer:
Possibility of molluscum

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

I would keep a possibility of either molluscum contagiosum or acne. Most likely it is molluscum which is a viral infection and commonly presents as asymptomatic, dome shaped lesions.

I suggest him to use retino- A cream 0.025% once daily at night.
Discontinue duofilm. He may continue with ascazin and nadibact during day.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Molluscum contagiosum

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Molluscum contagiosum is caused by a virus. It is a common skin infection and causes formation of dome shaped, asymptomatic, pearly white lesions. The infection of face can be acquired or spread by sharing contaminated things like hankerchiefs or towels. There are no specific precautionary measures or changes in eating habits for him.
