Topically I suggest you to use Adapalene 0.1% gel once daily at night over the whole affected area. You may also use an antiacne antibacterial e.g either clindamycin 1% gel or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel for active acne during day time.
Besides this, if you have inflammatory acne i.e papules, pustules, nodules etc you may also be a candidate for one of the oral antiacne antibiotic e.g doxycycline or minocycline or azithromycin.
For acne scars you may be required to undergo a procedure e.g either a few sessions of chemical peeling Or microdermabrasion if you have superficial scaring. Dermaroller Or fractional CO 2 Laser etc may be required if you have deeper scaring. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful. The doctor would decide the best procedure or combination of procedures that would be suitable for you depending on the type of acne scars.
