Suggest Treatment For Acne Like Spots On Back

Question: hi, is this just normal acne? this is on my back. i cannot get a good picture of it. it looks just like tiny pimples with white pus filled points but then some of them don't really look like the pus is white, that it could be colored, maybe infected. do you see that? also it looks like there is a red splotchy area. i just don't know what this is and i cannot really see it nor reach it. what do you think? i have attached many pics hope it helps to identify

I saw your pictures, and read carefully your question.

Yes it looks either like acne, or like folliculitis.

The position of it doesn't make it more likely to be acne though.

Is it itchy? Does the pimples hurt when your touch them? From how long have you had them?
If those are not spreading, or hurt of itch, then you don't need to worry about because they may also be a local reaction of the skin due to irritation/friction.
