Suggest Treatment For Acne And Small Holes On Face

Question: I am suffering with acne for a long time but now no more acne is left but my face has too much spots looks like small holes on the face. sometimes it looks red and sometimes black. Last week I went to my GP for this problem. The GP says they don't give anything for this acne spot. So now what would I do now?

I am sending u some picture of my face. I hope you will understand my problem.

You can use melacare cream.
It has all the ingredients mentioned by me.
Just remember to use it in a phased manner.
Apply in night keep for 10 min then wash off.
Do this for one week then keep for half hour daily in night from next week onwards.
In morning you must apply sunscreen.
