Brief Answer:
Should be due to gastroesophageal reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Could you mention your previous weight as well as present weight including the time difference between the two? A 20 kg weight loss seems shocking. You also need to get your blood sugar and thyroid profile checked, if not checked already. I would not worry about the raised parathyroid hormone at the moment.

About your acidity, it is likely to be due to reflux. Reflux does not always cause visible changes as evident as in gastritis and so can often be missed on endoscopy. As of now, you need to take prilosec (omeprazole) once a day before breakfast. You also need to take small but frequent meals. Your reflux is related to the constipation. Both occur due to slow bowel movements. In order to regularize it, you need to take plenty of fibre rich food like green leafy vegetables and dietary fibre supplements. This needs to be backed up with proper exercise. Avoid stress as it complicates the situation.

Try these and you should feel some relief.

Brief Answer:
Please upload an image of the rashes that you have.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.

I would request you to decribe the skin rash and if possible, to upload an image of the affected area using the facility on the upper right of this page. Take cetirizine (over the counter antiallergic) once daily for a few days and see if it makes a difference. The rashes could be due to some allergy or could be due to some fungal infection. Hard to comment without seeing. In case it is due to a fungal infection, application of clotrimazole lotion or powder (over the counter antifungal) should provide relief.

Gastroesophageal reflux is not an effect of any vitamin deficiency. I do not suggest intake of a multivitamin. Although not related, Vitamin C is otherwise useful and taking supplements for a few days should be good (not in relation to reflux).

There is no permanent solution available. The management is situational and by lifestyle management.
