Suggest Treatment For Acidity And Panic Attacks
Question: Hi,
For past around 3 and half years I have been facing problems one after another. First it started with High Acidity which caused because of my Bad eating habits and too much Gym. I stopped Gym and After a year or so the Acidity stopped and I again started Gym but I had a pain in Testes once and after few months the Pain went. Last year on Oct I had Panic Attack and Doctor precribed me Amitone 10 and I took only one tablet and stopped it caused bunch of side effects including headache which lasted till XXXXXXX In January this year I again started Gym but after around 20 days I started getting Pain in Groin and Lower Abdomen.
Now current situation I had a hard gym so after that I was recently diogonised with Inguinal Hernia right side, Severe Vitamin Deficiency 6mg. Vericocele, Vitamin B Dfeficiency.
Around 20 days back I had a severe Back pain and the pain was radiating till legs and hand and it was feeling numb so I went to our company doctor and he gave me 350mg of Dispirin and 200mg of Ibrufen and asked me to take together. I took that after with few Min I found my whole body burning and Stomach pain. I took antacid after my Burning and Stomach pain reduced next day but two days later Headache started. It was a light but irritiating and the headache seems like wierd feeling. I was also having Black stool and Indigested food in Stool. I went to Homeopathy doctor and after taking his medicine my headache has come down by 40% and Digestion improved. But headache is still there.
Current problems, Vericocele(no Pain), Inguinal Hernia(No Pain related to Hernia), Pain in Groin and Just below Penis shaft to Back and whole lower abdomen(Pain is not sharp), Stomach pain below breast Bone on right side and lower stomach and the pain is not constant and pain is high when I am Hungry, Stool color is brown, Light headache which is not localised. I have attached the recent blood report. My current blood Pressure is 124/64, Height is 71.7(Before Taking Tablet it was 74 and came to 71.7 in 3 days but weight is constant after that), Height 5ft 8 inch.
I want to know whether taking Dispirin and Ibrufen together only once will get me Brain Hameorrage, Ulcer or anything serious. Is the groin pain is related to prostate(I don't get pain during urination and it is not even frequent), My Muscle always in Pain is it related to Anxiety or Vitamin D deficiency, I gets somethings tingling feeling in Body is it Anxiety or Vitamin Deficieny. I don't have much Pressure in Job and no family problem only problems is related to health.

Let me start with some questions.
1. Is the hernia on one side or both?
2. Is the Varicocele on one side or both?
3. When you had black stools did you have stomach pain and for how many days did the black stools last?
Disprin and Brufen taken together only once should usually not lead to brain hemorrhage or ulcers. But if a person has pre existing gastritis then stomach ulcers can happen. Brain hemorrhage is quite unlikely.
The pain in groin and back is most likely due to the hernia. It causes such pain and therefore you should get it treated by Surgery. Consult a good Surgeon and he can tell you about the options of open and laparoscopic surgery. An untreated hernia can lead to complications. Varicocele however does not need treatment unless it leads to pain or decreased sperm count.
Your stomach pain specially when on empty stomach could point to a stomach ulcer. I usually advice my patients Pantoprazole or Omeprazole before meals twice a day. You could also see your Doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen and an Upper GI Endoscopy done to be sure.
Your muscle pain could be due to Vitamin deficiency. You can take Vitamin supplements for the same.

Black stool caused me pain in Stomach and it was for 3 to 4 days.

The problem is
1) In Lower Abdomen and groin and Hip the Pain is still there and sometimes the Pain radiates to both leg. I gets pain in Scrotum which is at lower part of Scrotum but its not constant. Sometimes in Scrotum it feels like something is Moving beside skin. Feels like pressure and heaviness Just below Penis. Some times it feels like my something moving in Penis skin. While sleeping the heaviness is much than while sitting. I gets pressure in Groin after coughing, the pressure is not just on hernia site but Whole Groin like my Groin Muscle has not strength. Is it My Groin muscle has become weak and something related to Prostate.
2) Burning in chest and Light stomach pain when Stomach Empty or full. Ulcer or Acidity
3) Sometimes Tingling all over Body and feels Cold. Is it related to Vitamin or Anxiety or something else
4) Headache which is not constant but come after eating. And some time moving head fast gives headache. I think this is not Brain Hameorrage but is it Symptoms of Over Medication and may go after some time or is it Related to Stomach.
5) What is your Opinion on Desarda Technique for Hernia Repair.

The pressure is due to the hernia. It causes pain in the area of the hernia as well as other surrounding areas as it pulls the intestines and the mesentery.
2. The burning is could be due to Gastritis or Ulcer. Cant be commented till an Upper GI Endoscopy is done. So you can undergo the Endoscopy and let us know.
3. Tingling and cold could be due to the abnormal reports of low Apo A1, high CRP, low Vit D, low Iron & low transferrin. I suggest you to see a good Physician who can help you with it.
4. Headache is not due to brain hemorrhage and is likely related to the Gastritis or ulcer.
5. The Desarda technique in early studies has shown equal results as mesh repairs. So you can go for either but there are no long term results for the Desarda. I would go for the time proven Lichtensteins mesh repair or Laparoscopic mesh repair. You should weigh the benefits and risks and decide.
6. If you think you have Depression or anxiety it would definitely be better to take professional help. That can only help. If it does not help then you can discontinue it.
