Weight reduction will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

The cause of pain is likely to be due to coexisting Acid peptic disease.

I would suggest you the following

1. Regular intake of small quantity of meals more frequently

2. Avoid carbonated / caffeinated beverage

3. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day .

4. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber

5. Acid Suppressant like Pantoprozole will be helpful

6. Exercise and weight reduction; Your weight is definitely on very much higher side. Weight reduction will also help in reversal of fatty liver changes . Your Body mass index should ideally be less than 27.

7. Continue the medication as advised by your Physician already

8. Your liver enzyme was only marginally high on few occasions, it should reverse

9. Himalaya Liv 52 capsules will also be helpful

Sir,
I feel ghabrahat sometime. When anybody talk to me then something I feel related to Tense at that particular moment. This thing I felt in chest 4 years before at that time chest pain was there and lot of nausea. then some doctor gave me krislaw for 15 days and pantocid DSR two tomes a day.then the things become OK . ghabrahat things had started after taking three month medications of testotseroids and cabgolin as prescribed by endocrinologist. Doctor also has taken ctscan of brain with some XXXXXXX injection. That was normal. Then as per suggestions of another endocrinologist I have stopped taking this medications.
What is the reason behind it is it related to lever or brain

Brief Answer:
Weight reduction should be your priority

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

Do not worry about feeling of ghabrahat. It is likely to be due to stress and anxiety. The main issue you seem to have is Obesity (Over Weight ). I would suggest you the following investigation which can be done in consultation with your Physician

1. ECG : As you are having ghabrahat it's important to rule out Ischemic Heart disease

2. Thyroid function test : Serum T3, T4 and TSH

3. Serum Lipid profile

4. Exercise and weight reduction will also get your Testosterone level back to normal: Obesity is known to cause hypogonadism (decreased testosterone level )

5. Your symptoms are not related either to brain or liver, it's likely to be Stress , anxiety and obesity related.

Do not worry things can be taken care off. Weight reduction should be your priority.

Take care
