Brief Answer:
Need paracetamol and oral rehydration salts

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It seems you are having viral fever along with gastritis.
2. Diarrhea has led to loss of body fluids and needs to be replaced. Salt and sugar with water is necessary. If possible, oral rehydration salts.
3. For sour stomach, take cold milk, water. Preferably antacids or proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole will be helpful. If you have spasmodic pain, spasmoproxyvon or mefenamic acid will be helpful.
4. For fever, paracetamol would be better than ibuprofen. Cold tepid sponging will help in reducing temperature.
5. No antibiotics necessary at present, as diarrhea will stop on its own. You can take probiotics or yoghurt.

Taking more water with salt and sugar ( one liter water with pinch of salt and sugar spoonful) is very important.
Diet cola increases gastritis and dehydration, preferably avoid.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
