Question: I may have taken a double dose of losartan. Is it dangerous?

Maximum recommended dose is 100 mg per day. As such it is not all dangerous to have double dose.

It may reduces your blood pressure more than the normal and you may feel dizziness. I recommend to monitor blood pressure for 12 hours.

Take lot of liquids for a while. There will be no serious problem.
