Question: Hi, i need a 2nd opinion on a scan result of no foetal pole, is there a way to correct it?

Hello mam, good to talk to you again.
No mam, in case it has progressed to missed abortion then practically there will not be any growth and eventually it will be expelled by uterine cavity in the form of bleeding.
But in case its just a very early pregnancy in the process of growth then a repeat scan after 10 days will give us fetal heart activity and growth signals.
But in these 10 days of wait period you should take as much rest as possible along with progesterone and folic acid as advised.

No mam, it is a gelatin capsule if you have taken it in capsule form but it is available in gel form also to be inserted in vagina by means of an applicator provided along with the medicine.
Both have equal efficacy but gelatin capsules are easy to put inside and thus patients are more comfortable in using the same.

Alright, pessaries are just like gelatin capsules formed of a special drug delivery vehicle which are meant to be inserted inside vagina and then the drug is rapidly absorbed but the drug delivery substance is left behind which comes out of the vagina every now and then as a curdy discharge.

Yes dear, just insert the whole pessary inside the vagina At night time before going to bed so that you keep lying for at least an hour after insertion for proper absorption.
