Suggest Treatment For Abscess On The Testicles
Question: hi sir, I am male and I am 26 years old, I'm getting abscess on my testicles, firstly it was only one and now it is spreading and they are hard from inside, please suggest me some medicine

Local application of liquid povidone iodine twice daily to keep the area sterile.
Since there is in infection, a course of an antibiotic (needs a prescription form a Doctor) and anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits will help early resolution.
Avoid itching, popping as this may spread the infection further.
Use loose clothes.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Your personal hygiene looks good, keep the area clean with soap and water, particularly after coming at home from outside like office.
All such care will help to resolve the issue as well as help reduce the chance of recurrence.
It is better to get the blood tests for CBC and sugar to rule out diabetes.
