Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Discharge
Question: Hi i have a gynecology related issue occuring. My period is in two days and ive had unusal brown to black vaginal discharge that smells like my period. I havent had unprotected sex but during my last period i had sex and my perriod immediately stopped after the sex. My cycle is 39 days long. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Ive also been having an external burning sensation when I pee.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely. the black color dischsrge you are experiencing now is the blood from the previous period . it might have not come out due to inrercourse during your last period. blood changes its colour during a month time. regarding your burning sensation during peeing, I will advise you to drink lots of water , cranberry juice, wear cotton panties and maintain good hygiene. The burning sensastion started two months ago.. Should i get tested for a UTI?

If this burning is this old and unresponsive to simple measures then a urine microscopy and culture are must.
Also after the culture get local examination of your private parts by a good gynecologist so as to see for infection if any.
