Brief Answer:
Wait till 12th November and repeat urine test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
1] As per your information, if her periods started on 12th October; means from 21 to 31 October was her fertile period of the cycle. And You had protected sex on 28th October.
2] The bleeding she has experienced can be due to stretching of hymen or vaginal opening or from cervix or uterus.
3] I will suggest to do urine test on 12th November, on morning's first sample.
4]As you have had protected sex/ suppose use of condom; there are very less chances of her getting pregnancy.
5]If you have any more concern about the situation, please revert back.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.

Answered by Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar (9 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Too early for urine test todetect pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
i suggested to repeat the test ,as it is too early for routinely available urine tests to detect pregnancy when it is done even before a missed period.
Otherwise, as I mentioned there will be very less chances after protected sex.
I hope I have answered your query.
In case of doubt , I will be pleased to answer.
Thanks.

sir still the question remains unanswered
she is bleeding from yesterday.. she is confused about the problem and I want to know that either her mensuration cycle has changed or what is the reason for bleeding

Brief Answer:
It is occasional finding, get USG done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
1] if she has started bleeding , if it is continuous flow like menstrual bleeding and as you have mentioned that urine test is negative; it can be altered date of cycle or bleeding due to menstrual irregularity.
2] Even if it is due to slight changes in hormone levels, that can be a variation which can occur . It may not be the same every time. So please do not worry.
3] I will also suggest to get USG done to look for ovarian normalcy, as you have mentioned about history of irregular cycles.
Thanks.
