Question: I am having hupoglycemic symptoms, stomach discomfort several hours eating, sometimes sweating, shaking....i feel so hungry but i have no appetite. Biggest symptom is feeling very, tight empty stomach a few hours after eating but not hungry like i want to eat. Worst often un morning and i will dry heave into toilet and that will sometimes make everything feel better.

Any ideas?

Yes, it may be a hypoglicemic event. I would recommend to check the glucose level at that moment.
If it is under 70 mg/dl hypoglicemia is confirmed. Otherwise another cause should be found.
