Question: I have diarrhea all last night with severe stomach cramps and also bright red blood. The diarrhea has slowed down today but still have blood coming out of rectum. Last night when going to bathroom had blood clots. Very tired, of course, with no sleep last pm. Do I need to go urgent care or can you suggest OTC meds.
