Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating And Indigestion

Question: Hi, I'm getting really bad indigestion. I don't have a lot of heart burn but I get extremely bloated after I eat absolutely anything no matter how small or large and drinking water as well. I'm not constipated my poop looks normal not hard or clumpy but it just won't come out. What can I do to help it?

* There are many causes for excessive bloating with sticky stools. But looking at your age.. I can think of-
- Faulty diet.. like fast food , less vegetables or vegetables & fruits in form of soups or juices with least fibers....this causes slowing of intestinal movements.. avoiding making the food lie in bowels in long time thus leading to more gas production/ food allergies causing lack of digestion & fermentation of food...
- Infection of intestines ( can be bacterial/ amoebic/ worms )which cause inflammation of bowel lining causing mucus secretion to make stools sticky... This also affects normal bacterial flora in intestines which in turn helps the pathogen to flourish & set in a vicious circle of symptoms.
- Food allergies ( gluten or lactose intolerance, food sugars) / eating foods causing more gas production ( starchy food like potato, sprouts, fermented food ) can lead to excessive gas & irritation of bowels to increase mucus secretion to cause sticky stools.
- sedentary life style/ over eating, frequent eating can lead to bloating.
- food eating habits like fast eating, drinking/ chewing gum leads to air swallowing & bloating
