Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed sebaceous cyst.
It is a collection of dead material under the skin.
When you press this material comes out as black debris and has foul smell.
Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.
Treatment is mainly surgical.
Initially antibiotics are given to control infection and then It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Wishing you good health,
Thank you
