Brief Answer:
Soft tissue or ligament injury

Detailed Answer:
No there.

Thanks for the query.

Since the Xray is normal, it indicates that the cause for pain could be due to ligament or subcutaneous tissue injury.

Nothing to worry about. You can wear elastic crepe bandage around your elbow or a plaster slab if there is too much pain and swelling. Keep the limb elevated and over your chest while sleeping. Take Tablet Chymoral forte DS twice a day for 5 days. This will help to reduce the swelling quickly and give you excellent relief. Don't lift weights of move the elbow much for 5 days.

Subcutaneous tissue swelling will subside and you will be fine. If any ligament injury which is less likely, then we can do an MRI to find out after your Doctor examines the elbow after a weekweek.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
