Brief Answer:
Seems to be folliculitis, take oral & topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
According to your complaints you seem to have developed folliculitis which is due to inflammation of the hair follicle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
You can take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply mupirocin cream on the pimple twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve the pimple .
These are prescription drugs and you need to see a doctor to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
