Brief Answer:
You have UTI with Candidiasis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done your routine Urine analysis and HSV test .
Presence of pus cells 2-6 pus cells and 2 + yeast cells suggestive of UTI and Genital Canadiasis.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antisept ic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get PCR testdone to confirm genital fungal infection and if proved to be positive take anti fungal medication orally as well as vaginally .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
It is vey common in females.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.It is very common in females due to vagina and urethral opening being very close to anus so that bacteria can get easy access and predisposes for UTI and Genital infections.
Thanks and Regards.
