Brief Answer:
UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The reason for such UTI incidences in children is often decreased daily water intake and the alkaline vaginal pH which can cause infection to set in again and again if the infection is not looked after.
It is important that a local vulval swab culture may be done and organisms isolated and then sensitive antibiotic can be prescribed for her. Please take her to a gynecologist for the swab culture and further testing.
There are urine alkalinizers available which can help alkalinise the urine and hasten infection removal.
Regards
