Suggest Treatment For Paraphimosis

Question: Good evening. I am in need of a doctors advice AND help. I masterbated earlier before going out on a date and about 10 minutes after l was done, a swollen ring appeared just below the head. It looks to be filled with a liquid, but at the same time it just looks swollen. PLEASE HELP!

Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted it sems that you have developed what is called as Paraphimosis .

You need to visit qualified General surgeon for clinical examination and get it reduced manually or either by multiple puncture or injecting Hyaluronidase locally .Failing which it may f progress further and lead to formation of constricting ring at coronal sulcus which may necessitate you to get circumcised .

Please note that it can not be cured by any topical ointment or cream .
