Question: Hi

I am aged about 35 yrs female.

I am having swollen groin at the beginning of my left and right thighs since 7-10 days and I am applying pain relief cream (bengay or moov) at night before I go to sleep. I somehow started feeling on other parts of the body where I observed that it's due to swollen nerves. Due to this, I am having disturbed sleep during mostly nights.
I have PCOS problem is this related to that? Also, I have problem with nerve catch on my legs and hands.

Can you recommend possible home remedies if available. If not, recommend any medicine.

Brief Answer:
Diagnosis should be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Swelling in the groin between the thighs can be due to any unnoticed injury, bruise or infection.
Swelling of other parts of the body can be due to other causes like hypothyroidism, or liver or kidney pathology.
Nerve swelling is unlikely.
The swelling is not likely due to the problem of PCOD.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination, investigations like thyroid levels, renal and kidney function tests and get further treatment accordingly.
Self medication or medications without proper examination and diagnosis can worsen the condition.
Home remedies should be avoided.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
