Brief Answer: No Detailed Answer: Hi PCOS condition coupled with obesity in your case is reason for not conceiving. I understand weight loss is difficult but its best option for you and I suggest you have balanced diet and exercise more. For conception please go to an ivf centre where they will give hormonal injections to increase follicular size and advice on appropriate days for trying. I think ayurvedic medicines may not help in your case. Your backpain is likely to be due to obesity. Weight loss might help in reducing back pain too. Let me know if you have any more questions. dear sir i cannot go to any ivf center due to some family issues ..because if which i have to take help of online consultancy.... i just want you yo prescribe the medications which can help me to ovalute in pcod along with the dosage and use.... further what i feel is that my back pain is not due to obesity rather its due to urine infection which is suspected to enter my kidneys.... please tell what test can be done to check infection.... one more thing i want you to confirm is that is it safe to do aerobics or other excercises like sit ups when we are trying to conceive.... and these excercises do not hamper our conception process...

Brief Answer: Weight loss Detailed Answer: Hi, I understand you have family difficulties in visiting infertility centre. But you should make your husband realize that professional help sooner is better than later. The best option for you then is not but weight loss which is in your hands with will power. Eat very less oil and avoid sugar. Eat less quantity of food and try to limit calorie intake. Be regular with exercise twice a day. Once in morning and once in evening at least. Avoid aerobics like jumping which might harm your knee joints. To start with just do cardio like brisk walking with intermittent jogging. If you join a gym use elliptical trainer along with tread mill. Be regular and consistent with diet and excercise for 6months religiously. Regards, Dr. Mahesh Koregol
