Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Weight loss is critical to management of PCOD.
Even a 5 % weight loss will result in obvious improvement.
Consult a dietician and formulate a dedicated diet chart and engage the services of a personal fitness trainer for exercise.
Next, go for the following complete evaluation -
1. Pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan.
2. Hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid Profile.
Metformin is a drug which can be given to provide relief.
Also, if conception is an issue, other drugs like clomiphene citrate will help.
Oosure is a latest drug supposed to help PCOD patients.
All the best

Detailed Answer:
No it is not recommended to take it without prescription
Dosage depends on your body weight.
Generally OOsure is given twice a day and Metformin ( 500 ) is given twice a day.
BOth can be taken together, but only on prescription.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
You are obviously overweight.
Give yourself 3 months with a personal trainer and a properly followed diet chart.
If weight loss fails to alleviate your problem, ask your doctor to prescribe medication.
Take care.
