Brief Answer:
CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS, NEED THE REPORTS

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Please relax.
Before I offer my opinion, I would like to request for a few details.
1. Since how long are you trying to conceive.
2. PLease upload all investigations done till now ( semen analysis, HSG, SOnogram, hormonal tests etc ).
Once you revert with these, I can give you a more definitive opinion.
As such, PCOD is a baseline hormonal imbalance, and it leads to erratic ovulation, thus leads to problems in early conception.
However, excellent medications are available to treat this condition.
Of course, fallopian tube blockage, if present bilaterally ( on both sides ) is of more serious concern for fertility.
Hence before commenting further, I need to go through your reports.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
