Brief Answer: Multitude problems require multiple experts Detailed Answer: Hi, I am sorry that you have multitude of medical problems some are related and some are not related. It is difficult for a single specialist to answer all of your problems alone as they are not related sometimes. You should have posted each problem to different specialist. 1. Medical Gastroenterologist are the right ones to address Irritable Bowel syndrome. I have a feeling that you need to be investigated further for lactose intolerance and gluten sensitivity as well. You may need a gut / bowel biopsy sometimes to determine the exact diagnosis. If IBS is confirmed there are better medications prescribed like Rifaximin, Amitryptiline and Psychotherapy as holistic approach. The problem can be controlled it not cured completely. Your anxiety will dig things deeper and fail to reach a therapeutic value. So you should stop worrying and remain positive. 2. Losing 15 kg a month is definitely important to assess. It could be something else apart from IBS. I think you are not eating well because of hurried bowels. I am concerned if a person comes to me with 15 kg wt loss 3. Large fibre in the food should take care. Do not worry even if you find some blood in the stool. It gets corrected. Rely on iron and Vitamin supplements because you may soon be devoid of these essential minerals and vitamins. Ask your doctor about them. 4. I think you better take care of one problem at a time. Once your gut problem is diagnosed and treated you can take care of relatively lesser important problem about skin. Too many medicatiions can interact and land you any benefit. 5. How much time do you take to complete meal? Is it more than 20 min or less than 20 min? I feel that you can be better with will power and positive thoughts and following up right doctors and medications.
