Suggest Treatment For IBS, Gastritis And Acidity
Question: IBS patient for a decade now.
Gastritis was diagnosed , 4 times Endoscopy , colonoscpy twice so far.
GRED problem. My stool is never clear , all the problem seems to be in upper stomach.early morning i have sever pressure from gas and acidity if no medicine taken.
Last 2.5 years I am on Ganaton Total.(reducing the medicne , trying to) , and taking normaxin each night.Taking B12 injection for more than a year now. Calcium tablet and Vitamin D suppliments. Ganaton and normaxin really helped me.
If the symptms are little bad , the 1st problem i have is sleepless night. Cant sleep with slitest aggravation of symptoms. I feel hungry very frequently which causes lot of irritation.
Last 1 week I am taking Renerve D .
And i think it has triggered my IBS symptoms really bad.Upper stomach discomfort , sleepless nights.
In short my symptoms:
1) Sleepless nights (only because of stomach problem) , Gas , Burping, upper abdomen discomfort , acidity , unclear stool (it becomes like clay of I have Basmati rice or I think too much of gluten , I am yet to understand my exact food allergies ) , i get backpain when my motion is not clear.
Please suggest me what medication I should try.
1) can I continue Ganaton Total? (alreaduy more than 2 years )
2) Is Penegra or any erectile Dysfuction related medicine bad for IBS.
3) For my immediate relief and sound sleep , would you suggest any medicine (antispasmodic may be) .
4) B12 should i continue? As contious usage of Ganaton reduces my B12 level.
5) mebiz sr , can I try it?
6) please suggest any alternate medicine if u can think of.
7) Multi Vitamin like Renerve D can aggravate my symptoms? I really need to prove this theory.

Should I take Mebiz SR and Normaxin both , Right now I am taking one of Mebiz SR and Normaxin before sleep? And ganaton before breakfast.
After introducing Mebiz SR , my sleep is bttr (last 3 days) but i am not sure if it can have any side effects. Please advise.
Can you suggest any probiotics?
I am loosing weight , not sure why , may be due IBS i am unable to absorb the nutrition from food. Should I go through any more diagnosis?

And now last 5 months i was trying to alter the medication , slwoing down (trying alternate days or even less) and now I see my old symptoms are kind of bck.And the weight is gradually reducing . Which is little worrisome .
I burp a lot, at times little dizzy , sleepy due to lack of sleep , and i fart a lot whihc is usualy smelly and the stool mostly floats , and clay like at times.
I would want to know about the possible side effects of PIP and hlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide.
hlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide , i.e the normaxin , is it addictive?
and can i take it along with Mebiz R.
Mebiz SR is it only for stomach pain or it is for other intestinal issues also?
Unintentional weightloss can be reason for so many things , but then i have a tendency to loose weight easily . So want to keep a tab on my weight for longer time before going for any more diagnosis. What do you suggest?

I think the latter didnt go well , i woke up in the middle of the night now with night sweat and burping , i feel pressure in my chest. This didnt happen in last 2 years , since i started taking ganaton and normaxin. I will start taking normaxin from tomorrow .
So i am planing to continue Ganaton total 1-0-0 (b4 food)
Normaxin 1-0-1 (after food)

I think i wont be able to continue this medication as in midnight i am waking up with excessive gas in my chest area and discomfort in upper abdomen.
Mebiz Sr is it known to have side effects of excessive gas?
