Brief Answer:
IBS with GERD.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of IBS (Diarrhea predominant) associated with Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
The increase in salivation and vomitings suggest that strongly.
Yes Hyoscine helps in decreasing the salivation and also reduces the pain Abdomen associated with IBS, but we use it only in resistant cases because it causes drowsiness and sedation that can be a problem at your age.
I would recommend following treatment in such case scenario:
1. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. A smooth muscle relaxant like Mebeverine which helps greatly in pain Abdomen as well as helps in controlling loose stools associated with IBS.
3. Take soft and bland diet.
4. Avoid alcohol and smoking in case you do.
If you don't get relieved with these medicines you would need to take a combination of Clinidium bromide and Cholorodiazepoxide.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
