Question: I have had three horse shoe tears in my retina..I now have a cataract..is it dangerous for me ..I am a minus 10 in my right eye thanks

Cataract is an age related change in the lens of the eye which is more prominent in case of high myopia like you have.
It is not something dangerous. The hazy lens of the eye can be easily removed and replaced with the other lens surgically. If the cataract is only mild then you can delay the surgery by a few months.
Development of cataract is not related to the retinal tears but can be aggravated by diabetes.
