Brief Answer: have sexual intercourse on your fertile days Detailed Answer: Hello, The most important aspect for anyone to conceive is to date the intercourse correctly. E.g: If you have regular menses like 30 day cycle. The 15th day is a day where you will release egg. That means you have to frequently participate in the course from Day 11 to Day 18 (Fertile days). This raises the chances of sperm meeting the egg and the result would be positive. Alternatively you can buy ovulation kits in the pharmacy and test the urine for egg release (ovulation). When the ovulation kit shows positive that means there is a high chance of pregnancy if you involve in intercourse within two days of ovulation. Both your partner and you must be in sound health to get pregnant. So make sure either of you do not have chronic long standing medical conditions. Hope this helps.
