Question: Hi

dulera is really expensive.
could asmanex and foradil igeneric nhalers deliver the same dose as dulera ? i take 200 mcg dose 2 puffs BID

Dulera is having formoterol and mometasone.
It is combination of both these drugs in single inhaler.
Asmanex is having plain mometasone.
Foradil is having formoterol.
So you can take both these inhalers separately.
They will give same effect as Dulera.

I must say, in your part of the world, it is much much much more expensive. In XXXXXXX we can get this drug very cheaply.
I don't know why this much price difference.
