Brief Answer:
Go for NAAT

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, I understand your concern. I am Dr. Arun Tank & I am infectious disease specialist. I am going to answer your concern.

- ELISA wont give result in such a short period as you have tested. It is good that you have gone through Western Blot analysis, but it even wont give you right result. I advice you should go for Nucleic Acid Amplification Test(PCR). This will give you a confirm test. Only thing with PCR is its high sensitivity that will detect HIV early as compared to other tests.

If you have anything else to ask I will be very happy to answer that. We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,
Dr. Arun Tank
