Brief Answer:
i have short listed the possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Your absolute lyphocyte count is in normal range but the liver thing you mentioned is non-specific ,as i am unable to understand whats that value . Will that stands for liver enzyme?

coming to your problem of passing yellow stools right? ?...Light yellowish is the normal natural color that every one have .so its not a problem to be considered.

Now i want to clarify your doubt of having gall stones or not...

1.Gall stones can be asymptomatic ( I have seen so many cases like without any smptoms ..but on incidental ultrasound we have detected)
2. Gall stones can present with pain in the right upper abdomen just below your ribs
3. Gall stones can present with Jaundice with elevated levels of conjugated bilirubin
4. Gall stones stones commonly seen in obese, alcoholic patients.

As your query is too short to give bullet answer. Hence I have outlined every possibility.

So you want to proceed for further discussions, please feel free to contact.

Brief Answer:
Not a problem...

Detailed Answer:
Its not quite high. Moderate increase in ALT levels seen in patients who were alcoholics or if they were taking any pain medications or any thing that creates extra burden on liver.

I am not concerned with this number.

If you have any further questions let me know..
