Brief Answer: Avoid simple sugars Detailed Answer: Hi Avoid processed food, try to be as close to nature as possible while buying or cooking. Like use whole wheat bread or whole grain atta instead of white bread. No junk and maida stuff. Sweat out as much as you can that burns fat. Fat is a good growing medium for bacteria. If there is no fat they cannot thrive well. You can opt any fruit and vegetable, all are good as they are near to nature. Hope this answers.
