Brief Answer: Weigh reduction. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Take lemon water (lukewarm or tepid ) on empty stomach , twice in a day. Avoid greasy , spicy , junk foods, sweets, chocolates . High protein diet , fiber , fruits ( in limit) will help. Honey early in the morning on empty stomach two hours after lemon water will shed fat from body. Try this for one month and you will loose 3 Kg weight . Hope this information will help you.
