Suggest Remedy For White Discolouration And Irritation On Penile Head After Oral Sex

Question: Hello,

My name is XXXXXXX I am a healthy 26 year old Caucasian male. I am very sexually active. Approximately 6 months ago my wife was giving me oral sex and masturbating my penis very hard. We have been together 10 years and always been very sexually active. However, after this event, I think she may have gone a little too hard and damaged the head of my penis. I noticed after we got done that the bottom right of the head of my penis had turned a pale white color as if blood flow was not going there. Ever since this happened, this area of my penis has remained this pale white color. It does feel somewhat irritated at times, almost as if a needle is poking it. I have lost a little feeling in the area as well. It seems as if the lack of blood flow has caused some nerve damage. I tried taking it easy with the hope that the blood flow would return, but it has not. Will my penis stay this pale white color forever? I find it very visually unattractive and it does have minor irritation. It is not an infection or anything like that. The white area is there in both the erect and flaccid state. This was 100% caused by this event of too much sucking/friction. What doesn't make a lot of sense is that we've been doing this for so long. We didn't do anything "out of the ordinary". Is there anything I can do to get back to normal? I have provided pictures of what it used to look like and what it looks like now.

Brief Answer:
Topical steroid may help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your full query and carefully reviewed the attached pictures.

From your descriptions and uploaded pictures, the white color area over the glans penis could be scarring after a minor tissue injury or localized eczema or balanitis.

The reason behind eczema is not clearly known but it is actually a inflammatory skin condition which could be due to some allergy or post-tissue injury.

It might get subsided with topical cortico-steroid with antiseptic combination (for example: beclomethasone with neomycin) application daily two times.

Since steroid is a prescription drug, you may need to consult some local doctor or GP who will prescribe the topical steroids after careful inspection of the lesion.

Also, wash glans penis daily while bathing just retracting his foreskin downwards and by rinsing with clean shower water. It will remove the excess smegma, leaving a healthy, natural, micro thin layer of this beneficial product to keep the glans moist and sensitive.

And never use soap under the foreskin as it leaves soap deposits that reactivate in the natural moisture, and cause burning or irritation. Soap also removes all the natural moisturizing effect of the smegma, leaving the glans and foreskin dry and open to infections.

You may wait for 15 to 20 days for the lesion to subside with corticosteroid application and in case if not, then consult dermatologist for skin biopsy and further treatment.

Hope this will help you.
