Question: Hello, I'm 21 years old eat healthy and I live a pretty active life. It all started when I tried cocaine for the first time I'm clean now from everything I don't even drink caffeine. The last 7 months I had the following symptoms: lightheaded, chest pain, spasms, fluttering in my left side especially when sleeping, I have a normal heart beat but it feels weak, and it skips beats once in a while, erectile dysfunction here and there, pressure in my left eye, and a stiffness on my neck and face which I believe is my left artery that runs from my neck to my foot, and also I get numbness on both my arms. All of this symptoms happen at least 4 times a day sometimes more. I've been to a neurologist, cardiologist, urologist. I had 7 EKG's done, stress test, echocardiogram, MRI/MRA, blood and urine test, chest X-ray and all have come out fine. Does anyone here have any ideas as to what it is anything will be greatly appriciated, thank you.

Brief Answer:
Panic attack

Detailed Answer:
first there are several symptoms you seem disturbed about that are not actually abnormal: skipped beat, heart feels weak, slight lightheaded
then there are symptoms that occur in panic attack but do not fit with other problems...both arms numb.
then there are the large number of (negTive) studies

these add up to panic attacks.

cocaine certainly can cause psychological problems that can be quite long lasting.
but it would require a significant history of abuse.

treatment is the same regardless..ssri, counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy
