Brief Answer:
PAN D one tablet to treat gastritis and vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
It appears that you are having severe gastritis after taking too much of alcohol. In this situation, I would start a tablet of PAN D. This contains pantoprazole which will treat your gastritis and domperidone to control the vomiting. This is a prescription medication and available at medical store.

Take ORS water in adequate amount (about half to one liter) or fresh juice in sips about 30 minutes after taking the tablet.

You can avoid solid food but should drink ORS or juice to avoid dehydration.

Have some fresh air and sit up for sometime.

By morning you will be alright. Please do not worry.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Brief Answer:
Please consult doctor tomorrow if symptoms worsen and take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

If you have the symptoms of vomiting after taking too much of alcohol then taking medication like Ofloxacin OZ is not required. Ofloxacin OZ is a powerful antibiotic and it must be taken only after confirming an infection by getting examined by your doctor. Taking antibiotics for no reason and without asking doctor can cause antibiotic resistance and that might be one reason for your having frequent infections. In the best of your health, it is suggested that if your symptoms get worse tomorrow then please consult a doctor and take medications only as prescribed and under supervision of your doctor.

There is no risk of HIV if you exchange glasses while drinking. However it is advised that your friend gets tested for his benefit.

To get immunity first please stop taking antibiotics without reason. Eat healthy food and avoid too much of alcohol. You can take over the counter multivitamins and they will help in maintaining your immunity. Any multivitamin capsule can be taken and there are many brands in the market and all of them are good. You might also include nutritious foods like green vegetables, milk and eggs to protect your health and prevent frequent infection.

Hope your query is answered.
