Hello mam, I'm not able to understand the health problem as vagina is a mucosal surface so there can't be black heads.

keep applying nystatin

Hello mam, these are just simple pimples and are due to moisture content because of tight clothing or damp weather.
They will go themselves but in case are itchy and become inflamed then applying nystatin ointment over them twice a day for 7 days will help to treat them.
Wear cotton based undergarments and keep the vulval area clean and dry always.
