Brief Answer:
You have neurogenic bladder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Neurogenic bladder .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) How many times you are putting the catheter in a day to empty the bladder?.

The leakage of urine that you have could be due to either retention of urine with over flow or involuntary contraction of bladder.

In a given situation it is bound to create problem of getting stricture of the urethra due to repeated trauma due to catheterization .Hence I am of the opinion that you should discuss and explore the feasibility of two procedures with your Urologist
1) Putting a Supra-pubic Catheter This will help to empty the bladder continuously so that will not need to catheterize yourself every day .
2) An surgery called as Metrofanoff's procedure (Operation)where your appendix is used as channel which connects your bladder to the exterior so that you can empty your bladder by passing a catheter through this new tract. This will avoid putting a catheter through urethra(Penis) and thereby avoid risk of developing stricture which is certain to happen over a long term repeated catheterization.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
